I am 74 years old. I have been to Faith's class once a week for about 3 years. Before that I went to yoga class in Warner and Bradford, whenever they were available. I feel that yoga keeps me from stiffening up with minor arthritis. I had chronic bursitis of the hips. Yoga has cured that. Faith is the best instructor I have ever had, because she doesn't push students to do more than they are able. She is reassuring, and finds different ways of stretching to help each individual. A.
