Kripalu Yoga Classes include gentle warm-ups, standing yoga postures, floor yoga postures, yogic breathing techniques and a guided deep relaxation. Classes are tailored to each individual, learning how to create variations for postures and stretches suitable for different health situations.

Please note: if you have an injury or illness that could be affected by the practice of yoga, it is important to mention this before enrolling in a class.
~ Please bring a mat or large towel
~ Wear loose fitting clothes that are easy to move in. Dress in layers, wear something warm for relaxation, the body cools down
~ Please attempt to arrive 10 minutes early if it is your first class. Otherwise please attempt to arrive at least 5 minutes early.
